Echocardiogram
Echocardiography is a diagnostic tool which uses sonar (sound) waves to create an image of a patient’s heart on a computer monitor. This non-invasive procedure helps cardiologists determine the structure of the heart, size of the heart’s chambers, valve function and the overall strength of the heart.
