Office Clerk

Job Description

Provide a variety of clerical office support duties as assigned including:

Front Desk - welcome patients, enter and update patient demographic information, coordinate records, maintain reception area and other duties as assigned.

Medical Records - file patient data, chart prep, chart pull and other duties as assigned.

Switchboard - operate multi-line telephone system to answer all incoming calls, screen and direct callers to appropriate personnel.

 

Job Requirements

Six to twelve months related experience and/or training or equivalent of education and experience.  Computer knowledge and office clerical skills essential as well as organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
