Office Clerical

Job Description

Provide a variety of clerical office support duties as assigned. May include Front Desk/Reception, Medical Records and/or Switchboard.
Front Desk - welcome patients, scan insurance cards, enter and update patient demographic information, coordinate records, maintain reception area and other duties as assigned.
Medical Records - scan/file patient data, copy records and other duties as assigned.
Switchboard - operate multi-line telephone system. Answer incoming calls, screen and direct callers to appropriate personnel. Exemplify MHS values: Patients First, Teamwork, Excellence and To Endure.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS: Six to twelve months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Computer knowledge and office clerical skills essential as well as organization skills and ability to prioritize.
