Exercise Physiologist

Job Description

Performs and analyzes cardiac stress testing. Monitors patient's vital signs, assesses EKG changes and symptions during stress test and recovery phase. Provides physician with preliminary interpretations of tests. Informs patient on what to expect during test and instructs patient on what to do if experiencing symptoms. Provides education to patients on exercise guidelines and diet. Exemplify MHS values: Patients First, Teamwork, Excellence and To Endure.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS: Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology and one to two years stress testing experience in hospital or physician office setting. ACLS, BLS and CPR certifications.
