Cardiac Sonographer

Job Description

Performs non-invasive echo doppler and stress testing. Performs the diagnostic study according to department protocol demonstrating knowledge of ultrasound physics, tissue characteristics, and measurements of blood flow. Obtains relevant clinical data and completes quantitative calculations/measurements. Provides patient with explanation of test and responds appropriately to patient questions. Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of a Cardiac Ultrasound program. 2-3 years of clinical experience. RDCS or RCS registration. CPR certification.
