Please call Midwest Heart Specialists any time if you have questions or concerns about your cardiac health. We can be reached during normal business hours at any of our offices. Our operator will answer your call and route it to the person who can best help you.

If you need urgent attention after office hours, or during weekends or holidays, you can contact our on-call cardiologist by dialing any Midwest Heart Specialists office. Our answering service operator will note your information and arrange to have your call returned as promptly as possible by the cardiologist or a cardiac nurse. For non-urgent matters, please call during normal business hours. Of course, if you are not sure of the nature of your problem, do not hesitate to call

If your cardiologist is unable to take your call during office hours, a specially trained cardiac nurse or physician’s assistant will speak with you and communicate your requests or concerns.

To make or change an appointment please ask to be connected to your physician’s assistant.

To renew a prescription call the numbers listed below. Whenever possible, please request new prescriptions at the time of your office visit.
